Artist Statement
"Creativity is food for the spirit, and I like lots of it! I am fascinated by strong contrasts, vibrant colors and dynamic of motion. I strive to capture moments that seem like poetry or leave me spellbound. I like my paintings to be an adventure, leaving it a surprise where they will take me. I prefer not to classify my work and rather leave that open to the viewer. My work ranges from the obvious that can be seen with the eye, to the visionary that is perceived by the spirit, from Realism, Expressionism to Surrealism. With my work I strive to inspire life, creativity and imagination! "
